Old Cairo and the Pyramids of Giza is a trip during which you will be able to see Coptic churches, the oldest mosque in Egypt and a synagogue, as well as the famous pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Although you’ll only see the Amr Ibn El As Mosque and the Abram Ibn Azr Synagogue from the outside, you’ll also be able to visit Coptic churches, including the Suspended Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary – and the Church of St. Sergius in which the Holy Family stayed in during their time in Egypt. You will see the crypt which where they were in.

We will then travel to the Giza Plateau to see the breathtaking pyramids and Sphinx. You will be able to stand right next to them and feel the spirit of ancient Egypt. If you are interested in entering the pyramids, please discuss this with your guide. It is available for an additional fee according to the on-site price list.

The price of the trip includes a ticket to the pyramids, so you will have them at your fingertips.

In between visiting Old Cairo and the Pyramids, we will take you for lunch, which is included in the tour price. Drinks during lunch are charged extra. For those interested, there is also the option of taking a cruise on the Nile for an additional fee of €15 per person. During the trip you will also be able to visit a papyrus museum and a perfumery.
